March 24, 2012: Trainer's Edge is for any leader who will be a part of Wood Badge, NYLT, a Council Training team, a District Training team, a member of Roundtable, a Merit Badge counselor, a Pack Trainer, or OA advisor. Taking this course may be required for your position. It enhances your ability to guide and lead.
