2024 Scouts BSA Day Camp

Did you just cross over from Webelos to Scouts BSA or are you new to Scouts BSA all together? Are you looking to attend Day Camp in addition to other Scouting adventures this summer? Do you want to get a jump start on advancement? Then Scouts BSA Day Camp is the program for you!

Scouts BSA Day Camp is intended for new Scouts to work on Rank Advancement, earn a couple of Merit Badges and enjoy exciting outdoor activities.

Scouts will have an opportunity to work on requirements for Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class. Some of the Merit Badges offered during Boy Scout Day Camp are: Space Exploration, Canoeing, Fishing, Game Design, Geocaching, Orienteering, Swimming, Archery, Weather and much more! Our camp progam runs daily from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.  Lunch is provided. A schedule of Parent Orientations Meetings will be provided as part of your registration confirmation.

The fee for Socuts BSA Day Camp is:

Before June 1st  - $400 per scout per week                    After June 1st - $425 per scout per week 

Twilight Camp

Don't forget to add Twilight Camp to your week of fun at Baiting Hollow. Twilight Camp will run every Wednesday evening from 4:30 (when Day Camp ends) until 9:00 pm. You can easily add Twilight Camp to your week when you register. The fee for Twilight Camp is $30.

Twilight Camp PLUS

Back for the 2024 Summer Camp season is our Twilight PLUS program.  Twilight PLUS gives registered Scouts attending our Scouts BSA Day Camp an opportunity to stay overnight on Wednesday evening.  The fee for Twilight PLUS is $40.

Ride the Bus to Baiting Hollow Scout Camp

Back by popular demand - ride the bus to Day Camp at Baiting Hollow Scout Camp! Bus cost is $125.00 per week per Scout.

You must enroll in Cub Scout Day Camp, Cub Scout Science Day Camp or Scouts BSA Day Camp to take advantage of the bus. We have again contracted with First Student Bus Company to provide our transportation to and from camp this summer. A member of our camp staff will ride the bus each day to provide program and ensure that every camper has a great time. Your bus stop selection can be chosen as part of your camp registration.

Meat Farms Shopping Center on Route 347 and Mount Pleasant Road
Target Shopping Center in Setauket

South Shore Route:
Lowes, Sunrise Highway between Hyman Avenue and Manor Lane
K Mart Shopping Center on Sunrise Highway at Johnson Avenue
King Kullen/Staples Shopping Center on Sunrise Highway at Waverly Avenue
Home Depot in the Bellport Outlet Center near Station Road
Best Market Shopping Center on Montauk Highway and the William Floyd Parkway

Please note: There is no bus from our Twilight Camp program on Wednesday evening. If your scout is participating in this program, you are responsible for picking him up at camp that evening.
