Islip Town Fire Fighters Museum Service

The Islip Town Fire & EMS Museum and Education Center was established after a twenty six year journey by a small band of firefighters.  The Museum and Education Center is designed to provide a showcase to preserve, maintain and exhibit the rich history of the volunteer Fire and EMS agencies serving the Town of Islip for over 125 years. In addition, the museum provides a variety of educational training programs geared for both the general public and fellow first responders.

Islip Town Fire Fighters Museum has several projects that they are in need of assistance with.  Some examples include:

  • Planting & Beautification
  • Stonework around flag pole and existing memorial monuments
  • Continuing stonewalls throughout property
  • Memorial walkway

There are several general service projects as well as potential Eagle Scout projects
