The University of Scouting is a single-day supplemental training program designed for Scouting America Adult Volunteers. It is an open forum for Best Practices, Skill Development, and Scouting America Training & Program relevant material.

We will run the following programs:

Scouts BSA Adult College - A curriculum developed specifically for Troop Leaders and Volunteers. Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Committee Members, and other Volunteers will gain valuable knowledge on building their Scouting America Troops and enabling their youth leadership.

Cub Scout Adult College - Learn from seasoned Cub Scout leaders through several course offerings on how to recruit for your pack, dealing with difficult situations, building your volunteer core, and more.

Den Chief Training - Den Chief Training is a specialized program designed to equip Scouts with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively assist Cub Scout den leaders. This training focuses on leadership development, understanding the Cub Scout program, and learning how to engage younger scouts in activities.
