Here is a breakdown of our Fall Membership plan:

 

• Saturday, September 10th – Lawn Sign Displays

            Share a picture of your lawn sign, and tag it on social media @SCCBoyScouts

• Sunday, September 11th – Scout is Reverent

We ask scouts and scouters to please wear their class A to religious services & activities. Scouts and Scouters are asked to hand out join Scouting flyers and post/tag on social media. If your place of faith practices on a different day, please post on that date.

• Monday, September 12th -Public Library Day

All libraries in Suffolk County will be asked to display posters and hand out Suffolk County Council bookmarks. Libraries can post/tag on social media @SCCBoyScouts for a chance to win a prize

• Tuesday, September 13th – Personal Invite Day

Scouts and Scouters should each call one non-scouter and invite him/her to attend an upcoming unit function.

• Wednesday, September 14th -Scout Spirit Day

Scouts and Scouters are asked to wear their uniform or some scouting attire to work/school. Scouters/Scouters should post/tag on social media @SCCBoyScouts for a chance to win a prize.

• Thursday, September 15th -Social Media Day

All Scouts and Scouters should post their favorite scouting photo/story to social media and tag @SCCBoyScouts

• Friday, September 16th – Food Drive

We ask that each unit should conduct a food drive at a local supermarket and donate to local food pantry of their choosing. Scouts and Scouters should hand out flyers and post photos on social media.

• Saturday, September 17th -District/Unit Recruiting Activities

Each district will be conducting a recruitment activity. Units should either attend the district activity or conduct their own recruiting activity. 

• Sunday, September 18^th – Council Color Run @ Baiting Hollow Scout Camp (9am)

Council will be conducting a Color run race. You can sign up HERE!
