We invite you to support Scouting America, Suffolk County Council while participating in this one-of-a-kind shooting event which has transformed over the years into this fun-filled sporting clays fundrasing event. All money raised is to help our At-Risk scouts and Spark Units with their membership fees, books, uniforms, training, and summer camp costs. With your help, we can give every youth in Suffolk County the chance to join our program!

What is Sporting Clays?

Sporting clays courses are designed to simulate the hunting of ducks, pheasants, other upland birds, and even rabbits. Targets may be thrown at any angle or distance to simulate wingshooting.

$155 per person

$135 Early Bird Pricing ends on September, 21st.

Tickets will include: 15 station (50 shots) course, BBQ Lunch, Noise Cancelling headphones, Ammo, Shotgun rental, Rotary Club Swag, and a chance to win prizes and be the Top Shot of our Event!

Event General Information:

• Squads of 4 shooters test their skills around a 15-station course

• Each player will shoot at 50 total targets

• Eye and Ear protection is REQUIRED

• Personal shotgun recommended but not required

• Shotguns available to be borrowed

• Ammo is included (2 boxes)

• All shooters must be 14+ years old

Event Schedule:

8:00am-9:00am: Registration / Coffee

9:00am: Shooting begins- Squads go to their station

11:30-1:00pm - BBQ Lunch 

12:30-1:00pm - 50/50 Raffle and Top Shot Awards (event concludes)
